Green Goddess Salad ingredients:

While any of your favorite salad greens are perfect for this, some of our favorites include:
1 cup (or more) romaine lettuce
1 small head of green cabbage
1 large cucumber, diced
1 bunch of green onions or scallions

Green Goddess Dressing ingredients:

1 avocado
1 cup of fresh spinach
½ cup of basil leaves
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
2 lemons, juiced
¼ cup olive oil or oil of your choice
¼ cup of unsalted cashews, walnuts, or nuts of your choice
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt

Get greening!

  1. Wash your ingredients.
  2. Chop your salad ingredients. We like bite-sized chunks, with cucumbers diced.
  3. For the dressing, add your liquid ingredients to a blender, and blend the liquids.
  4. Add the solid ingredients and blend.
  5. Pour the dressing over your salad, and enjoy!
