Welcome to this guided meditation for peace and wellness. I’m Lacee from Wondercide.
Before we begin, find a comfortable space where you can sit or lie down. You can sit with your back straight, your shoulders relaxed, and your hands resting on your lap. If you prefer to lie down, make sure you're comfortable, and you can place a pillow under your head if needed.
Close your eyes, or if you’re not comfortable closing your eyes, gently gaze downward. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and release it slowly.
Allow your breath to be natural and effortless, just observing it as it flows in and out of your body. Take another deep breath in, hold it, and exhale slowly.
As you focus on your breath, this is your time to begin to let go of any thoughts, worries, or distractions. If your mind starts to wander, that’s okay. Gently bring your attention back to your breath. Feel your body becoming more relaxed with each breath you take. Release the tension in your face. Your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Imagine a soft, white light surrounding your entire body. This light is warm and soothing, and it brings you a sense of calmness and peace. As you inhale, imagine this light entering your body, filling you up with its gentle warmth. As you exhale, you’re releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Continue to breathe deeply and visualize the white light filling you up, bringing you peace and wellness. If any thoughts or worries arise, acknowledge them, but no need to engage with them. Instead, let them pass by, like clouds in the sky. They’re floating by.
Stay with this visualization for a few moments, enjoying the peaceful feeling it brings. When you're ready, take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed and renewed.
