Product Facts
Wondercide is proven to work without the conventional ingredients. Our lineup of plant-powered sprays, spot ons, collars, and shampoos harness the power of nature to do the job. Lab-tested to protect your pet from fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes. Loved by people, pets, and pollinators. It’s all good.
Instructions
Read entire label for all products prior to use and use as directed. Safe for daily use when used as directed. Go slow and acclimate skittish pets to the scent if needed.
Shake well before each use.
Test a small area at the base of the neck 1 hour before full body application to check for sensitivity. This is a smart step when introducing any new product. Pets, like people, can have sensitivities to plant-powered ingredients too.
Rub your pet’s coat in the opposite direction of growth, spray, and rub in. Spray body, belly, legs, and tail. Do not soak your pet or oversaturate. A light but thorough misting ensures best results.
Spray into your hands and rub onto your pet's ears and face. Avoid spraying in mouth, nose, and eyes.
For continuous protection, reapply daily, every 24 hours. Apply before going to an area not protected by Wondercide such as a dog park or on a hike.
Add to your regular cleaning schedule to freshen the home and treat areas frequented by pets. Test specialty fabrics like silks and suedes before full use. This is a water-based product with oil.
Since cats are more sensitive by nature and can be skittish around big bottles, use the 4oz spray. Many cats prefer to have Flea & Tick Pets + Home applied by hand. Spray into your hands and massage on to your cat.
Treat pets: Spray pets daily with Flea & Tick Pets + Home until you no longer see live fleas. Optional but helpful steps: Use Flea & Tick Shampoo once per week to kill fleas on pets. Use Flea & Tick Collar for a layer of ongoing repellency.
Treat the home: Do a thorough, whole-house treatment. Cover as much surface area in the home as possible to ensure best results. On subsequent days following the whole-house treatment, focus on spraying areas your pet frequents and favorites, like bedding, carpets/rugs, and furniture until you no longer see live fleas.
If you have a yard: Apply Flea & Tick Yard + Garden every few days until control is established and desired results are achieved. Thorough coverage is important. Then, for maintenance, spray every 30-45 days or as often as needed to prevent new infestations. It’s important to kill and repel fleas at the source. Doing so will help you take care of the problem on pets and in the home faster.
Lemongrass oil has a naturally yellow tint and may temporarily discolor light fur and fabrics. It will wash out of fur. If you have a pet with a light coat or you plan to spray light-colored household surfaces, consider another scent or test fur and surfaces before use.
Peppermint oil has been shown in some studies to reduce natural milk production. If you or your pet are pregnant or nursing choose one of our scented Flea & Tick sprays in Cedarwood, Rosemary, or Lemongrass.

How to recycle
Committed to the planet. Our consciously-formulated products harness the power of nature and wherever possible, we make choices that can reduce impact on the environment, like choosing packing materials that can be recycled.
While the U.S. recycling program has a long way to go, you can make a big difference. Learn what can be recycled in your area, and whether items need to be sorted. On plastic bottles, check the bottom for a number. 1-2 are widely accepted. 4-6 may be accepted. 3 and 7 are generally not recyclable.
Good Questions
Flea & Tick Pets + Home and Indoor Pest Control for Home + Kitchen are the exact same formulation, just labeled a bit differently to help customers find the best product to suit their needs. Pets + Home has more specific directions for pet owners, while Home + Kitchen is more generally labeled for home use. Both sprays work to kill and control a variety of pests.
No, Wondercide Flea & Tick Pets + Home should not leave an oily residue or stain pets or household surfaces. While Wondercide sprays contain essential oils, they are water-soluble. They will dry rather quickly, leaving pets, furniture, bedding, and flooring stain-free. For specialty surfaces, such as fabrics like satin, leather, and suede, we recommend testing a discrete area prior to a full application.
The lemongrass scent can occasionally cause mild discoloration of light-colored fur after extended use. Not to worry, the discoloration is not permanent and will naturally fade once discontinued. Lemongrass essential oil naturally has a slight yellow tint which can cause the darkening of fur. The other three scents (cedarwood, rosemary, and peppermint) are completely clear.
FOR TOPICAL USE:
Results vary based on the number of pets being treated, the size of your pets, and frequency of use. The 16 oz. bottle of Flea & Tick Pets + Home typically lasts 1-3 months, depending on your specific needs.
FOR HOME USE:
The 32 oz. bottle treats up to 400 square feet, and the gallon treats up to 1,500 square feet.
All scents are lab-tested and proven equally effective against pests, so make your selection based on personal preference. Each scent contains the same active ingredients with the exception of the essential oils, which vary slightly depending on scent. Not sure which you’ll like? Try all scents in 4 oz sizes with the Flea & Tick Pets + Home Scent Sampler.
