Instructions

For household use only. Use around the home including in kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, entryways, near trash cans, enclosed patios, and any other indoor areas you see flying insects.

1

Remove protective liner from both sides of refill and insert refill into device base.

2

Plug the device into an electrical outlet to activate the light. Place in areas where you commonly see flying insects.

3

Keep plugged in and let the trap do its work. Continuous protection.

4

Check cartridge every 2 weeks or as needed.

5

When refill cartridge is full of bugs, replace the cartridge with a new one. Dispose of the used cartridge by tossing in the trash.

  • Check that you've placed the trap in a good location. Be sure the trap is placed where bugs can get to it easily and near bug entry points or activity.
  • For larger rooms, consider plugging in two traps on opposites sides of the room.
  • Don’t place directly next to a window or door since bugs don’t often turn as soon as they enter the home.
  • Places not to put the trap: Behind furniture, curtains, or other objects that would hide the trap from bugs.
  • Near competing light sources such as TVs or computer monitors.
  • In places exposed to the elements where the trap may get wet.
  • Turn off other light sources near the trap at night as much as possible and before your turn in for sleep.
How to recycle

Committed to the planet. Our consciously-formulated products harness the power of nature and wherever possible, we make choices that can reduce impact on the environment, like choosing packing materials that can be recycled.

While the U.S. recycling program has a long way to go, you can make a big difference. Learn what can be recycled in your area, and whether items need to be sorted. On plastic bottles, check the bottom for a number. 1-2 are widely accepted. 4-6 may be accepted. 3 and 7 are generally not recyclable.

Good Questions

Flying insects are instinctually drawn to the continuous blue light and get stuck on the glue. Because they can’t escape, they die.

The strips do not trap houseflies. We’re always innovating and hope to share an update on this in the future.

Check the cartridge 2 weeks or so after you install it. If it’s not full, you don’t have to replace it.

Be sure the trap is placed where bugs can get to it easily and near bug entry points or activity. If the trap is blocked by doors, furniture, or curtains, move the trap to a different location. For larger rooms, consider plugging in two traps on opposites sides of the room. Don’t place directly next to a window or door since bugs don’t often turn as soon as they enter the home.

Behind furniture, curtains, or other objects that would hide the trap from bugs. Near competing light sources such as TVs or computer monitors. In places exposed to the elements where the trap may get wet. Directly next to a window or door since bugs don’t often turn as soon as they enter the home. Turn off other light sources near the trap at night as much as possible and before your turn in for sleep. Consider not putting next to pet crates. In some cases the light and bug activity could interfere with a pet’s sleep.

The Flying Insect Trap and cartridge is made in China. The packaging is from the U.S. Components are assembled in the U.S. and the product ships from Wondercide in Texas, USA. Wondercide makes every effort to source locally while ensuring product effectiveness and affordability.
